Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 10 DAYS from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at care@smilemart.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.


5. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible items in cases such as:

  • Wrong size or variant received

  • Damaged or defective items

To request an exchange, contact us at care@smilemart.in within 10 DAYS of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 10 DAYS of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • In cases of our error, return shipping will be covered by SmileMart

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your payment provider
